Zach McCarthy, MA, LPC, ASDCA received his Master’s in Counseling Psychology from North Park University and is licensed in Illinois. He supports adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, interpersonal issues, and life transitions.
He has extensive couples experience using the Gottman Method and EFT, and is trained in neurodivergent couples counseling. Zach works from a client-centered approach, building skills and insight while honoring autonomy and pacing.
