The launch of our new Patient Portal online system, which will make accessing therapy at Astute even easier, is ready! All of your paperwork, documents, scheduled sessions and even access to your Tele-therapy sessions will be available on a simple Patient Portal site (hosted by Therapy Notes). Astute is committed to exceeding the industry standards for convenience and technology, and this Patient Portal is consistent with that commitment! To sign up, please click the link below.
You will receive a welcome email prompting you to create an account to get started. Please enter your name, date of birth and email address you provided during the intake process to gain access to the portal. Create a password and you can begin! All current and future paperwork to be filled out can be found in your documents section of the portal. Telehealth will be an additional tab in your portal to make attending Tele-therapy sessions even easier for you to navigate. We’ve also implemented new billing procedures, which will streamline the billing process for our clients. Co-pays, cancellation fees and other charges will be handled by our billing coordinator, Leah Donigan email@example.com or our office managers, firstname.lastname@example.org. Anytime you need a receipt or have a question about billing, you’ll be able to get immediate assistance from Leah, Kate, or Nikki.
