Astute Mindfulness Series

Practice mindfulness at home, one guided video at a time.

Short instructor-led practices from Astute Counseling + Wellness to support breath, grounding, emotional regulation, movement, gratitude, and mind-body awareness between sessions or classes.

A library of simple practices you can return to anytime.

These videos are meant to make mindfulness feel approachable. Choose one practice based on what you need in the moment: a calming breath, a body scan, a gratitude pause, gentle stretching, or movement to help release stress.

Each practice is brief by design. You do not need special equipment, a perfect routine, or a long window of time. Start where you are, move gently, and pause whenever something does not feel supportive.

Choose what you need

Pick a calming, energizing, reflective, or movement-based practice based on how your body feels today.

Give yourself a quiet minute

Settle somewhere comfortable, lower distractions when you can, and let the video guide the pace.

Stay flexible

Mindfulness is not about doing it perfectly. It is about noticing, breathing, and coming back with compassion.
