In addition to her clinical leadership, Rebecca is an author and mental health expert contributor, with published articles across platforms including Verywell Mind, WikiHow, and Recovery.com. She is regularly featured in media for her insights on trauma, grief, wellness, and integrative care, and her work has appeared in Modern Luxury Chicago Social, Business Insider, Vogue, Forbes and other outlets. Her story and entrepreneurial journey were recently showcased in the Legacy Makers documentary series (2025), where she shared publicly for the first time her personal story of resilience following a traumatic life event.

Rebecca is currently expanding her writing and speaking portfolio with upcoming features on grief and holiday wellness for Recovery.com and additional media collaborations. She is also in development of rebeccatenzer.com, a personal brand platform where she will connect with audiences through keynote speaking, television and podcast interviews, brand partnerships, and thought leadership on luxury wellness, mental health, and integrative healing.
