Our new Patient Portal system makes accessing therapy at Astute even easier. Hosted securely through TherapyNotes, it provides convenient and streamlined access to your care.

What the Portal Includes All of your paperwork, documents, scheduled sessions, and access to tele-therapy sessions are available in one secure portal.

How to Create Your Account After intake, you will receive a welcome email prompting you to create your account.
  • Enter your name
  • Enter your date of birth
  • Use the email address provided during intake
  • Create a secure password
Once logged in, all current and future paperwork will be located in your Documents section.
Billing Updates We’ve implemented new billing procedures to streamline the process. Co-pays, cancellation fees, and other charges are handled by our administrative team. Anytime you need a receipt or have a billing question, our team can assist you promptly.
