“A healer does not heal you. A healer is someone that holds space for you while you awaken your inner healer, so that you may heal yourself.” — attributed to Maryam Hasnaa
Pamela believes every person possesses inner strength, bravery, and resilience to navigate their healing. In a collaborative process, you set the pace and direction. She will challenge unhelpful patterns and provide skills and tools to support change—always staying curious and honoring the mind–body connection. Together you’ll blend modalities and adjust course as needed.
