About the Therapist
Meet Lilly Wehman
Lilly Wehman, LCSW, works with adults navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, overwhelm, self-esteem, identity, relationships, perfectionism, and life transitions. She also has a particular interest in athletic performance therapy, assisting athletes and former athletes at any level with mental health concerns, performance pressure, injury and recovery, and the unique pressures that come with being an athlete both within and beyond competition.Lilly earned her MSW from the University of Chicago Crown Family School and her BA in Psychology from Georgetown University, where she also played Division I women’s basketball. Her background as both an athlete and clinician informs her understanding of the connection between mental and physical well-being and the unique pressures that come with high achievement and major transitions.
Lilly takes an integrative, individualized approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based and relational approaches to help clients better understand their experiences, recognize patterns, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. She strives to create a space that feels warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded while helping clients build greater self-awareness, confidence, and connection.
