About the Therapist
Meet Jessica Hudson
Jessica Hudson, MA, LPC, provides therapy in English and Spanish using trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches. She supports individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), disordered eating, and relationship concerns.
Jessica offers culturally responsive support for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients, with attention to each person’s experiences, identity, and goals for therapy.
Jessica believes therapy is a space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel seen, understood, and accepted without judgment.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion and authenticity. She recognizes how our identities, cultural backgrounds, and lived experiences shape who we are, and she strives to create a space where every part of you is welcomed and honored.
Jessica provides therapy in both English and Spanish and enjoys working with individuals navigating identity exploration, relationship challenges, depression, and trauma. She is especially passionate about supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Together, you will explore your experiences, strengthen self-worth, and develop practical tools to support your growth and well-being.
