Meet Colleen
Colleen Myers (she/her) is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling at Northwestern University. She believes clients are the experts of their own lives and is deeply interested in the stories we inherit, the expectations we carry, and how they shape our sense of self. Therapy can provide a space to explore these stories, understand how they influence the way we see ourselves and the world, and decide which ones still serve us.
Colleen views therapy as a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based practice. Together, we can explore what matters most to you, better understand the challenges you are facing, and identify new possibilities for growth, healing, and change. Colleen’s approach incorporates thoughtful assessment and diagnosis alongside a range of counseling interventions tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals, and experiences.
