Allison Schacht (she/her), MA, LCPC, CADC, CTP is a passionate, strengths-focused counselor whose top priority is creating a safe space for progress as defined by you. She earned a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a Master’s in Forensic Mental Health Leadership, and a Certification in Substance Abuse Counseling from Adler University; she is a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) and holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Concentration in Queer Studies from Denison University.
Her interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+, substance use and addiction, interpersonal issues, managing stress, life transitions, identity exploration, and supporting those starting therapy for the first time. Allison uses an integrative, collaborative style that prioritizes the therapeutic relationship and your autonomy.
