About the Therapist
Meet Allie Ahlgrim
Allie Ahlgrim (she/her/hers), MSW, LSW is a strengths-based, goal-oriented therapist who deeply values the therapeutic relationship, while utilizing a feminist and intersectional approach.
Throughout therapy with Allie, you will find that her framework draws from her personal values: acceptance, genuineness, and authenticity. Allie bases her sessions through a warm, humanistic approach with a root of building self-worth and self-confidence. Allie enjoys to therapeutically bond with her clients and enjoys a more laid-back, peaceful environment that encourages a space for you to show up as you are. Allie is committed to helping you rediscover your self-worth, cultivate self-love, and learn how to choose yourself — even on your hard days. Allie’s vision for therapy is not changing the way you view your positive experiences, but the way you view your negative ones.
“My goal is to meet you exactly where you are – emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Together, we will overcome the pain you’ve faced, buried, or struggled with. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you create a life grounded in purpose, healing, and hope.”
