Hello! I’m Aisling (pronounced “Ash-ling”) Conaty, MA, LCPC, ALMFT. I provide therapy for adults and couples looking to build awareness, improve communication, and find balance between independence and connection. I work collaboratively to create a space where clients feel safe exploring challenges while developing practical skills for real change.
My work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and transparency. Clients describe my approach as compassionate yet direct—supporting insight while maintaining momentum toward personal goals.
